Ms. Atreyee Chandra is a Clinical Psychologist with over two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, academia, and mental health advocacy. An RCI-registered professional and Life Member of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP), she is known for her integrative and compassionate approach to her pursuits. She has completed her Post-graduation in Applied Psychology from University of Calcutta and M.Phil in Medical and Social Psychology from Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi an institute of repute in mental health. She has also done B.Ed in Special Education (Mental Retardation).
In the past she has been associated with various prestigious organisations like Tata Motors Hospital, Jamshedpur; NSHM knowledge campus, Durgapur; Vidyasagar University, Medinipur and Carring Minds International. She currently serves as Counsellor at St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, and Consultant Clinical Psychologist at WeCare, Annantaa, and Pure Hearts, while also mentoring postgraduate learners as Academic Counsellor for IGNOU. She is the Recipient of the Big Shakti Award for Mental Health Advocacy (2025).
Ms. Pallabi Poddar has completed her Master's in Psychology along with Diploma in Psychological Counselling and Certificate course in Psychotherapy recognised by Jadavpur University. She has received best film awards several times for short films. She has keen interest in creative pursuits.
But besides her other involvements, she has immense experience and expertise in clinical and counselling psychotheraphy with professional involvement and attachment with reputed and established counselling centres.
Ms. Tulip is a Counselling Psychologist and possesses two master degrees, one in Linguistics from Jadavpur University and another in Psychology. She has substantial research expertise and therapeutic management knowledge in the domain of digital addiction. She has extensive experience investigating technology-related behavioral concerns, particularly among adolescents and young adults.
She has been a researcher in a Project funded by ICSSR on digital addiction. Currently, she is serving as a research scientist on a large-scale, pan-India ICMR funded project on digital addiction at AIIMS Bhopal that aims to generate empirical evidence to inform the development of a national policy framework addressing problematic smartphone use and digital addiction in India.
Mr. Sandip Gupta comes with a strong finance background of over 4 decades of professional experience in corporate and personal accounting, cost analysis, cash and fund flow and other related areas.
He specializes in personal and corporate taxation. His presence brings in a totally new dimension to our organization thanks to his varied industrial exposure.
